며칠 전 Windows Vista 세션

얼마전 Microsoft MVP 미팅에서 간단한 Windows Vista 소개 세션이 있었다.
늦게 참석해서 전 내용은 아니지만 생각나는 몇가지를 올려 본다.

• ClearType을 지원하는 한글 폰트가 추가된다.
• LDDM 이 지원 안되면 transparent glass windows를 사용할 수 없다.
  화려하다.....User가 화려함을 선호한다면 가슴이 아플 수 있다.
• 설치 시간의 목표가 15분이다.
• 하이버네이션에 들어 가는 시간이 더 빨라진다.

Longhorn Display Driver Model (LDDM): LDDM is the next generation graphics infrastructure that allows more efficient sharing of the GPU and GPU memory and will also result in increased graphics stability
