외부로 메세지 전송 금지 정책 설정 하기

메일을 외부로 나가지 않게 해야 한다면...?
smtp connector에서 설정 하면 될 것 같다...그러나 안된다. 쩝

재시작을 해도 마찬가지다.....

레지스트리 값 추가가 필요하다고 한다.
